Some sites sell an outdated older version of the tipmra or simply part of the information that is contained in the old tipmra. The New Tipmra has been completely redone (a six month effort) to make it more user friendly and incorporates all the relevant information available with the strategies that have been trial tested and court proven.

The tipmra is not static, as new things are learned or new experiences from members show that something is working better then something else it is incorporated in the tipmra. The updates page is important as it gives you a chance to see if there is anything new to add before you go to court.

The defense from the Laser Defense page you came from is fully workable and unedited (except for the links) from that in the members area. As you see, there is no secret, just hard legal work. You can read from a printed copy of this page in court at your trial. As a matter of fact it is suggested that you read from your notes at trial rather then trying to remember everything.
